Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. We aim to deliver within the UK in 3-5 working days and in 5-8 working days within the EU.

Standard UK Delivery: £6.95

EU Delivery: All EU orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning import VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees are handled before delivery by us. 

International Delivery: We’re working hard to bring international shipping to checkout. It shouldn’t be too much longer. In the meantime please contact hello@burning-orange.com so we accommodate your request. 

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Any damage during transit must be reported to us within 48 hours.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your outdoor space. If you change your mind, we will support you in the below manner. 

The Window: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to contact hello@burning-orange.com and request a cancellation and another 14 days after this to return the items. Items should be returned securely in their original packaging to prevent damage in transit.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.

Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for items that have been treated with oils/stains or items showing signs of outdoor wear.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Due to the weight of acacia chairs and parasols, we recommend using a tracked courier service.

Receive Your Refund: Once we have safely received your item and made sure it's in good condition, we will then issue your refund.
