Introduction

Welcome to Burning Orange. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our outdoor parasols and acacia wooden furniture. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Product Information & Use

Natural Materials: Our chairs are crafted from solid Acacia wood. Please note that wood is a natural product; variations in grain, color, and texture are normal and not considered defects.

Product Care: To maintain the longevity of your items, please follow the care instructions provided. Burning Orange is not liable for damage caused by extreme weather, lack of treatment, or improper storage.

Parasol Safety: Parasols must be secured in a weighted base (sold separately, if applicable) and should never be used in high winds. Damage caused by wind is considered accidental damage and is not covered under warranty.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. We aim to deliver within the UK in 3-5 working days.

Standard UK Delivery: £6.95

International Delivery: We’re working hard to bring international shipping to checkout. It shouldn’t be too much longer. In the meantime please contact hello@burning-orange.com so we accommodate your request. 

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Any damage during transit must be reported to us within 48 hours

Returns and Refunds 

We want you to love your outdoor space. If you change your mind, we will support you in the below manner. 

The Window: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to contact hello@burning-orange.com and request a cancellation and another 14 days after this to return the items. Items should be returned securely in their original packaging to prevent damage in transit.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.

Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for items that have been treated with oils/stains or items showing signs of outdoor wear.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Due to the weight of acacia chairs and parasols, we recommend using a tracked courier service.

Receive Your Refund: Once we have safely received your item and made sure it's in good condition, we will then issue your refund.

Warranty and Faulty Goods

If your product develops a manufacturing fault within 6 months, please contact us with photographic evidence.

This warranty does not cover "wear and tear," fading due to UV exposure, or damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.

Limitation of Liability

Burning Orange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to personal injury resulting from improper assembly or use in adverse weather conditions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the UK.
